It has been a while since I had been online. It has been long enough that I forgot my username and password. I finally remembered after searching for my name. My appt in November went well with my surgeon. She cleared me for regular foods.Thanksgiving went well I think. I was 221 at that time. I still love the cornbread dressing. It is addicting. I am glad I can not eat much. I still have a problem with chicken unless it is boneless, no breading, and very fine. I still have a problem with most breads. I can't eat hasbrowns, not that I need them anyway. I tend to stick with soft foods anway still. I found out the difficult way that I can not tolerate "sugar free" ice cream. I found Carb Countdown Juice at Walmart and I like these. I can tolerate watermelon but not too much. I still miss chocolate. I usually have SF chocolate pudding to satisfy that craving. I love Propel grape, Crystal Light Sunrise Orange, and Aqua Cal Grape water. I am now having some hair loss which I was expecting. But, I have plenty of hair still. I have thick hair to begin with. Do I regret this surgery? I am grateful for this surgery. I maybe a slow loser but I can not remember when I was at this weight. I was probably pregnant with our first child. He is 15 now. I was in size 22 pants and now I am in size 18pants. A lot of people tell me that can see the weight loss. I still that self image problem. Pictures help for me. My boobs deflated I have to wear a support bra now but at least it is two sizes smaller. Lisa 279\215\150

Hi Lisa, congrads. Cornbread stuffing doesn't appeal to me, so I don't have to worry about missing it. I will miss chocolate, miss it now since finding out last week that I'm a diabetic. You just keep plowing away at that weight, I am still hopeful to becoming a loser after the first of the year. Have to repeat another sleep study on Sunday, my oxygen keeps dropping when I am asleep. Then attend the seminar next Thursday and get registered. Can't wait. You are always in my thoughts, love you, Kathy
