slow going
I am 2 mos. post op with lap band. I keep reading where people are losing 12-15 pounds a month??? I am doing really well to loose 2 pounds a week and that's walking over a mile every day!!! Am I doing something wrong?? I stick to my 3 meals a day. Usually grits, cheese, soup, very little meats still go down. I'm still working on being able to eat chicken. Is it me or have any of you been slow loosers?
