I'm a newbie

Hi everyone! I'm new here and I just wanted to let everyone know that I have my first meeting with Dr. McGrath on October 8th. I'm nervous because I don't know what to expect! I hope that everyone is doing well and I look forward to learning how this site works. Now, how can I get my picture besides my name like so many of you beautiful people have already done? Ciao.

Elizabeth - For the pic, the OH staff does it for you. Go to the top of the page and click on "your profile". In the first column, next to last entry is "profile color and photos" Click on that and it explains how to get your pic included. Congrats on the date with the doc!!! Good luck and keep us posted. I can't help you with the picture (I don't have one up yet either!) but I wanted to welcome you to the board. We're almost neighbors!! I live in Bartlett. Thanks for all the nice and helpful responses that I got! It feels great to welcomed here in this forum where we are all in the same journey together. It's very helpful to find out information about those burning questions that seem to pop-up each day along the way. Lisa, I live in the Countrywood subdivison five minutes from the Wolfchase Galleria. I do have a question for you, I have been looking everywhere for sugar-free Carnation Instant breakfast. If you know where I can find it, I would be SO GRATEFUL! And WOW! Close to thirty lbs in one month! Hooray for you. I can't wait until I'm there. Thanks again to everyone.
