God bless BCBS!!!!!

Ok ok ok, i'm so thrilled I could just bust!!! I FINALLY got my EOB from bcbs on the hospital portion of my surgery. We all know thats the mondo bill of them all. It was $26,000 and some change. Out of that bill, I have to pay.... drum roll please........$100.00!!!! : Can ya friggin believe it??? I've actually already paid it. We have a $100.00 hospital deductible and they required me to pay that in advance. So i'm done. I dont owe them any more. Out of $26,000 I paid $100.00. I'm so thrilled it brings tears to my eyes. Out of Dr. Houston's fee of $5,600 I had to pay $186. Im so happy I just had to share. Since i'm 2 months post (11 wks tomorrow) and hadnt heard I was getting quite worried. Thank you, Jesus!!! BCBS ROCKS!!!

Good for you g/f, that is some great news. I am expecting to pay at least my out of pocket minimum which is $1000.00, so you are getting off way cheaper!!!! Good for you, you are truly blessed. Candi

Well I guess I can stop checking car trunks for your body! How the heck are ya? I saw your sister a couple of weeks ago in Fayetteville. I do know how lucky I am on this insurance. We've met our deductible already for the year and i'm sure that helped. Rob has great insurance ya know. Its the federal. God bless! Mel
