Hey Everyone. Hope that you all are having a great day. I didn't do much but sleep yesterday because of my first night at work. I go back on Wednesday night and only have two more nights until I"m off for three. I work 3/4 every two weeks to get my time in. I can say that it's going to be even harder working nights to get all the protein in. I didn't eat much at all yesterday with all the sleeping I did. Oh well, I'm sure that I'll get the hang of it. LOL Well have a great day..... Anne

I can understand working nights (3rd shift). I did not like that shift. I used to do that. Make sure you get that protein! I hope to be on the losing side as well. I am getting ready to go to Clarksville today for my consult. You have a great day too. Get plenty of rest! Lisa

Getting all the protein in is a hard thing to do.... Especially since the last day or so... i have been getting sick...... Now my side hurts... right where my pinrose was.... I think I have been bending over way too much... Well keep in touch... Best wishes Robin

?????? How much protein are you supposed to have daily? My morning doesn't start until I wake up which is anywhere from noon till 2pm. I'm up all night unless I have an appointment. Everyone talks about getting their protein in, but I don't know if I'm even getting enough as a pre-op, thanks Anne, kathy
