Hiya Carol! I think what they mean is that the claim has been received and entered into their system. It will then go into the review department where doctors and nurses review the records, etc. submitted with the claim. They are the ones who approve/deny a claim. So in the works is what it means lol. Take a deep breath sweetie! You're in my prayers! God bless! Melanie
