preop testing

Can anyone tell me what preop test that Lindy Hruska does before surgery? I have already done my nutritional consult, my psych consult, and my sleep study. My appointment is Tuesday for consultation. I was curious to know. I know I am up late but couldn't sleep. I was still thinking about my mom. She got admitted to psychiatric hospital Tuesday night about 10:30pm. She is not dehyrated now and she is eating some. She is still depressed though and the paranoia is there. I hope all goes well and I know she is getting the treatment she needs. Hi Lisa! Thats good to hear your mom is doing better! I'm sure she's getting all the help she needs right now! About the pre-op testing... I had EKG, Blood Tests, and X-Rays - It's a pretty easy appointment! You should also pick up the RX and directions of what you need to do the day before surgery! Hope this helps! Good Luck, Katie

Hiya Lisa! I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. That must be so hard. I'll keep both of you in my prayers. I didnt use the same doc as you but all I had to do preop was an EKG which takes like 2 minutes and some blood work. I know they arent all the same but it should be about that. God bless hon!
