I know Kroger carries Walden Farms BBQ - It is usually in the section right near the pharmacy. If you can not find it at your local Krogers I put a link below to order it online.

I must also say, many of the recipes are created by Linda Farnsworth. She now has her own website, and she is also exclusively adding new recipes to it. She has the most fabulous recipes, worthy for anyone to eat, and the pictures you see ARE her food, no special trick photography, and you could eat the food after she has photographed it... no food photography as often times its trickery to get it to look edible and more appealing. Linda has a real craft for cooking AND food photos. Here's her link: Eating Well, Living Thin. I highly suggest this site TO EVERYONE even non wls people.
You can also enter your email into a subscription box, and be alerted of new recipes she's added. Also, if you put a comment on her recipe, she will respond back and answers questions. You could even shoot her an email if you cannot find a recipe for what you are looking for. She will try to find one, or probably has one! Her, her daughter and husband have all had wls. She is fantastic, I love her to pieces.
