Mary, I'm excited for you, you are just going to love your revision. Just ride
the wave, at first it's a little hard, but then the wave gets smaller and smaller.
You just have to heal slowly and then you feel great.

Way to go Ronda!!! I'm so excited for you. I'm just starting the journey with the liquid diet I'm on and getting a little nervous about Monday (the big day!). I can't wait till I can write that I've lost 50lbs! Keep up the great work!
