Super WOW Moment

So, I gave my six month update a week or so ago and today I decided I would do something to cheer me up. Before surgery I tried on all my pants and put about 10 pairs of pants in a clothes basket that were in the WAY after surgery classification. I tried them on today and discovered I had dropped about 12 pants sizes since January.

Way to go Justin! that is fantastic! I am 2 weeks out and am still in a "I'm not sure exactly what I did" stage. I can't stand protein and I know it's very important that I have some. I try to get all my water in...I am just so frustrated because i have no idea what on earth I am doing some days!

I can start blended foods today and I'm scared....I still drank my Myoplex carb control for breakfast and plan to drink one for lunch....then I think I'll try some chicken at supper....
