My RNY was the 29th of June (this year).  It was the BEST decision that I ever made.  Best wishes on your choice to change your life!  Be excited, yes!

I am thinking of you and will be to see you on Tuesday.  I know you will be in good hands.  I'll save room for you on the losers bench!    You have gone through so much to get here.   I am so proud of you!!

I wish you all the best and a fast and wonderful recovery.  The only thing I will add is no amount of reading books and manuals, listeing to your doctor or talking to other people will prepare you for the road ahead.  It's not all going to be great.  I am a week out.  My hospital stay was 100 percent excellent but the minute I got home was when the real journey started.  I was so scared before the surgery and frankly it's a waste of time because everything goes so fast you don't have time to hurt or be nervous lol  I wish you all the best and more!
