There are a few things I wanted to do before I turn 35 next year, and getting the weight off will make a few of them possible, and more enjoyable!
I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. There is so much I missed out on, like whitewater rafting in the mountains and horseback riding in Mexico, climbing to the top of Stone Mountain, riding the sky lift, getting a full body massage, ziplining in Honduras.
I will never let my size hold me back again!
