The rooms are private! I did have a roommate, though. There was a little fold out something that my husband used. It was so nice to have him there with me. I don't think it was very comfortable for him, yet he didn't complain. He had surgery at Centennial in 2000 in the main building. Same thing; a small fold out something that wasn't very comfortable. I got linens and was able to stay with him. Showered there and such as well. Seeing as how we're 75 miles from Nashville, it saved us gas from having to go back and forth. Not as nice as a hotel, but it's hard to beat free. It meant so much to have each other there both times.

As they say they are private. And the fold out thingy is still up to negotiations. My female friend loved it. My brother hated it. And my honey well he fell asleep on a stool that belongs to our 4 year old and sleep there for 5 hours, so his opinion would be very iffy. LOL. And I took all the things that I thought I should need and from the suggestions from OH members. I never used the pillow, the house slippers (I always wear 2 pairs of socks at one time, all year long), or the reading material, or the robe. I used the going home outfit, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, brush, soap that I brought from home and that was that. I didn't need most of the stuff that I pack. So I would suggest making it light. Oh my cellphone and charger too! Hope this helps.
