IDGOMB - Wednesday
Still recovering from spin yesterday, I went to water aerobics today, I knew the movement in the water would be the best thing for my joints and hiney.
So, 1/2 hour of warm up stretches and such in the water on my own, then an hour of water aerobics.
Tomorrow, just a workout day at the Y... no classes again until Friday!

Amy! I didn't have time to exercise today because of my appointment after appointment schedule. Phooey!
However, I DID get the video of my fill and it is toooooo cooooool!!!! Dr. Carpenter actually shot the video while Dr. Williams did the fill and described what was going on.
OMG, this is soooooooo cool! I have to go email everyone I know the link to my video!!!

Intended to do the Step class at the Y today, but the weather was finally good enough to get out & do some yard work...and boy did I!! 9.5 hours of pulling weeds, trimming the landscaping, putting down more mulch...cleaning the garage, blowing the driveway...not to mention playing with the three lil' ones in the pool/swimming.....what a day!! I am bushed...xo, M.
