Illergic to PROTEIN???

I don't have a rash, but I have red "splotches" that appear at various places on my skin when  I go out in the sun for too long or when I rub (agigate) a certain section of skin.  My skin was never this sensitive prior to the surgery. I also get itchy at times, but I wouldn't define it as a rash.
