Curves - What's Your Opinion
I have not joined a Curves. I liked the idea of it and there is one kind of close to my work and I thought it would be good to go on my lunch break, so when I checked into in I saw their hours and they close for lunch! I couldnt believe it. So I joined the Y instead which was also near my work.
Sorry I cant be more help if any!

have u thought of looking at the community center in your area. I have not been to the one in Antioch but i have been to two of them in the area. They are run by Metro parks. They have a pretty nice exercise room and different classes that you can take. Some also have swimming pools. I take a belly dancing class (Lol) on Sat. morning's at the one on Thompson Lane. You can pay monthly if u want. No contract. I think its something like $30/month or you can just pay each time you go. and that is $2. We just pay as we go. No, it's not as great as going to a gym but hey, for 2 bucks a visit i think it's great!
Coleman is nice. I checked out their belly dancing class. It was fun. And more of a work out than i expected! m Although i felt everything BUT sexy! hahaha! I didn't use their gym or pol but i did see the facilities and they looked pretty nice. I usually go to Hartman Park (near Clarksville Hwy) . They have an olympic size pool and i love to swim. Let me know when u check it out and see what u think.
I would rethink... curves is great. I had lapband 9/06 and have been at goal for about 2 years. I enjoy curves because at first I did not want to be in a "gym" atmosphere. Now I go just because I can work out as hard or easy, it is up to me. The hours can be a problem sometimes but if you can fit it around when you are available it is a great overall workout.
