Tim wasn't home tonight...  I was baking my pumpkin raisin nut bread and he wasn't here to finish the other half of my carbmaster vanilla...  so I just scooped in 2 tblsp of pumpkin and splenda and stirred it all up. It was pretty tasty!

They are soybeans.  I've not had them yet, but heard that they are really good.

You can buy them in the frozen food section in the grocery.  Look like huge peas in a pea pod.

Roasted soybeans are good.

Okay, I've got a whole list of my "alternative" junk food

Parmesean Garlic Soy Crisps

Pork skin rines (I know, but read the label -- no carbs, low calorie and some protein although I doubt they have any nutrional value)

Pure Protein Bars --Smores, 19g protein, 190 calories, 2g sugar and very low carb -- I'd put the taste up again a regular candy bar.

Fudgsicle - no sugar added

Pumpkorn with sea salt from netrition.com

It's shelled pumpkin seeds, roasted with sea salt, low fat, high protein, low calorie, and yummy!

I also like Fage yogurt with sugar free preserves mixed in, higher protein than other yogurts.
