Its been a long tiring day but did manage to get in my 3 sets of PT exercises and 2 - 6 minute sessions on the treadmill. It was a little harder tonight, probably because I waited until after dinner, and then after my multivites. For some reason I feel pretty bad for a while after the multis. They just don't sit well in my pouch. Anyway, I accomplished my goals and I'm happy with that.
