Ok I need to know about your surgery

I had the duodenal swtich, which is a different surgery, but I totally understand how you're feeling. If it makes you feel any better, I had the DS done open, and I'm 55. It was totally not unbearable pain and recovery was pretty quick and easy. Even in my dotage and with all the problems I started out with.
