OK Let's do it Thursday. I am putting you on my calendar right now.  I get off at 3:30, and so usually home around 4:00 or 4:10.  Would you like to go out to supper that night?

I had the same problem with my shakers. It was very frustrating. The lids just didn't seem to want to screw on right. I finally went to Target and bought an insulated sipper cup. There is a button on the top for opening the sipper. You pu**** down and to open and pu**** again to close. It is leak proof and I love it. I think it was about $10 but it has been well worth it. It holds about 16 ounces which is fine for me because I mix my protein in only 8 oz. It shakes well and has never leaked. The lid kind of screws into the cup. It looks like one of those insulated coffee sippers.  I hope you find something better soon.

Well--I'm the "odd (wo)man out here", but I love my shakers.....two of them came from GNC....the top goes on easily & there is a metal ball inside that really breaks up the protein...it has the measurements on the side....I have never had it leak, spill, etc....and, my kids LOVE to jump up & down shaking up my protein every day...so, the shaker bottles definitely get a workout!!!  I can pop them in the dishwasher & the stand up to it well.

My husband has one that he got from WalMart that he has been using forever....it is called "BodyForce" and is w/the protein stuff in the health/pharmacy section.....I've used his, too, and it works great.

I am totally nauseated by drinking from the shaker bottle, though....you absolutely could with these, but for some reason I can't....I like to put a piece of ice, 5oz of water & my chocolate AMP protein (it's so good) in the shaker & then pour it into one of my kids' cups (or a coffee mug)....cuz it tastes just like chocolate milk.  Makes getting my protein in so easy......love 'em....xo, Micheala.

I also use the blender ball.

I bought one from bariatriceating.com and also a the smaller one from amazon.com.

I comes with the cup, the top and a metal ball that looks kinda like a wire wisk shaped into a ball.  What I find is the best is to put the liquid in first and then the protein.

Make sure that the lid is screwed on and make sure that the spout is press all the way down (it will click when it is closed).

Works great.  Never had a problem.

Michael.
