Hello everyone.  I haven't been here in a while.  But, I have a quick questions.  What kind of sublingual B12 do you use?  I have a liquid B12 that is very bad tasting.  I bought it at CVS.  It is bright orangish red (like what you get in the shot), and it tastes bitter.  Anyone found any that isn't bad?  I am really trying to get my vitamin levels back up.  I had sugery in August, 2005.  I have been pretty lax with my vitamins...so, now I have low D, B12, iron...Gotta fix that!

Thanks everyone!

Hi Stephanie,

Wal Mart has a sub-lingual B-12 as well as several Health Food stores.  I go to Body Wise in Murfreesboro, TN and get mine.  The brand is DaVinci.  It is 1000 mcg with Folic Acid.

I hope this helps.

I get two B's at Vitamin Shoppe...

Sublingual B12 - Solaray.  Chewable. Tastes like a sweet tart.

Now a new B Complex - an adult chewable gummy, in the shape of a rasberry, looks like a rasberry, its red too.  I like it a lot.  Both are around $10 a bottle.
