1, 2, 3cc's... in me!!! finally!

So by all accounts I know for some 3cc's is not a great deal, but they had me sipping water, at 3cc's I felt restricted but not overly so, at 4cc's I thought the water was going to come back up, so they pulled one cc out leaving me with 3cc's for now!!   I am so excited!!!

The rest of the visit was amazing too!  I met with Jennifer, the nutritionist, who did my weight and such...   In three months from surgery, I've lost a total of 25% of my excess body weight, she said on average, banded folks loose only 19% in the first three months, and it isn't until the 6 month mark that on average they reach the 25% mark.  SO... I'm three months ahead in my fat fight!!!!!!

Everything looks good, the needle was NOT bad at all, I actually couldn't tell you when the needle went in or came out and they did NOT numb me this time.  It was more of a pressure feeling than anything.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all your sweet comments on the other post!  I do appreciate and love the support you all offer!!

HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amy---Three's a charm for sure!!!! That is so amazing how they put 4cc's in and then pulled one out so that it was comfortable for you!  What a plus for the band!  You are going to be to goal before you know it....start making end of the summer plans, because you are going to want to do something fun w/your new self!!! Congrats, xo, Micheala.
