Murfreesboro - Blackman Farm

In looking for houses online, I came across the Blackman Farm development in M'boro. Is anyone familiar with this area? How bad is the commute going to be to Cool Springs? This area appeals to us because of the schools. I have two that will be starting high school in the fall.

I have a friend who just bought a house out there and it is a nice area.  It's right near 840 so I don't think the commute would be that bad.  Good Luck!

I live in Blackman Farm subdivision and really like it. I have a first grader and a second grader at Blackman Elementary and they love it. 840 is close and you can take 96 (Franklin Road) all the way in to Franklin as well. Its not too bad at all. Would love to have you as a neighbor!

Hi, Stacy! Thanks for your reply. From all I've seen, I really like the area. We plan on looking around next weekend when we are up there. It would be great to have an OH neighbor. :)
