Fall blast
I have talked to Honeysuckle Hill Farms about us doing a outing sometime in October. They are not scheduling yet for the fall (they said that I was too early......go figure....lol) so they told me to call them back the 1st of Septemeber. If we can get a group of 20 or more we can get in for $7 pp (doesn't matter how old). Here is what we get for the $7, corn maze (if we do a evening/night it is a flashlight maze), pig races, hay ride. They do have food there to buy, but we can also bring in our own food, drinks, blankets, chairs, etc. Now they also have a bonfire that we can reserve for $50 and we can cook our hot dogs, etc on the fire. So here is what I am thinking, if we all wanted to pay $10 pp, Phil and I would get the hotdogs, buns, chips, water we can all cook our own dogs on the fire and eat around it. We would just keep it simple as far as supplies. We can ice the water down and have sleeves for them. I'm sure that the little ones will want buns and chips. Whatever money was left we would donate it to the Walk from Obesity. Even though the walk would have been over with, I think they will give us until close to the end of the year to get more money in. So let me know what you think. Send me lot's on information so that I will have lot's of reading material for the next few weeks.......lol Again if you want to check out the website it is www.honeysucklehillfarms.com

First I want you to know how sorry I am to hear about your Mom. I hope it turns out not to be as serious as you think. I hope you can still have your surgery tomorrow. It's something you don't need to put off any longer.
Now for the Fall event. I think it's a great idea. I will be there and will bring my 9 year old granddaughter and maybe others, but will let you know that closer to the event.
I looked at their website and it looks like a lot of fun.
