IDGOMB Friday edition

Yesterday, I met with the trainer at the Y (in Cookeville) and he started me out on Phase I of their three phase program.  

I start with a cardio machine right now I'm on it for only 15 minutes.  I picked an elliptical (I've never used one and he said it was the easiest on the knees.)  OK..  so it might be easy on the knees but wow..  it is a workout!!!     I made it the whole 15 minutes!

Then I moved on to strength machines..   right now he has me on arms, chest, abs and legs and I did all of them!
