This might be an odd question... But do you know how long is the shelf life on it? I want to go ahead and order some since it's so cheap. I'm not having surgery until end of March so I didn't know if I ordered a few cases how long they would be good for.

The bags are air tight/sealed.  I had some in my closet for about a year and they were still good.  And, they come in small individual size serving bags, which is great!  I don't think you will be disappointed.

I bought the kay's sample pack about a month or so ago when it was super cheap and I've eaten everything except the cereal...isn't that having liquid with your meal? I'm scared to try the cereal!

You know I thought about that very same thing the other morning. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and I was thinking to myself.... I guess I won't be eating this anymore after surgery. Because I also figured it is the same as having a drink with your meal.

I put the cereal into my Vanilla Kroger Carbmasters yogurt! It is good for me because cereal clumps up in my pouch.  The milk makes the little o's soggy and it hurts me.  But the yogurt doesn't make it soggy and it sticks more, so to speak  Not slide down as soon as it goes in.
