Ok, you show off! (LOL)........I am 10 days out today the weather was nice and I walked 1/2 mile twice.  I guess that would equal 1 mile altogether.  I have to tell you that I was very tierd when I got home both times. BUT I DID IT! 

How long shoud I wait to go the the Gym?  I feel like I could do some treadmill walking now and I don't have one at home.  I know to stay off the ab crunchers and such, but I was just wondering how long in general?

I see your showing off your higher math with "I walked 1/2 mile twice = 1 mile". Bwahaha!!
I would double check with my WLS team but should be OK with walking on treadmill but don't lift anything over a few pounds, your very subject to hernias early on.
Great Job!

Worked back and biceps with moderate/heavy weights. Walked a mile.

 Packed up my kitchen, took a load of stuff to the new house. Then worked 4 hours tonight.
