Hey everyone,

It's been a while since I have been able to post.  However, I want to thank Pam Davis for her recommendations in my past post.  I implemented her suggestions, and started losing again.  I am now below 300 lbs for the first time since 1999.  Praise the Lord!

Keep us in prayer as we are moving to Springfield, TN in March so I can spend more time working our youth program at church. I have also cut my hours back at work to afford more time with the church, my wife, etc.

I haven't had a lot of time lately to read up on the posts, so fill me in.. How's everybody doing?

I'm happy to hear you broke that 300 mark. Give yourself a pat on the back. I'm just getting started myself but hope someday to be under the 200 mark.
Blessings,
Karen

Hi Mike, I too haven't been online due to several sinus infections.  I think you have been doing fantastic.  I can't remember when you have your surgery and what was your starting weight?  I am currently trying to catch up on my postings.  I was actually feeling great this morning until I went into my Dr.'s office, then everything went wrong.  I broke my right foot the Fibula bone in the ankle trying to get my power scooter into the office that my foot got caught between the frame and the door.  Not fun either as it's my right one and I have to rely on others to drive me where I need to go.  At least it will heal faster then when I broke my hip and pelvic bones 6 years ago.  What advice did Pam give you to get the weight going off again?  I need all the help now with me  not being able to workout for a while.

Again congradulations on getting below the 300 mark.

Love  Kathy
