Okay, I've totally been slacking when it comes to accountability posts! I did okay the week before last with exercise, but last week I tripped over a rock on the walk to my car and banged up my knee on Tuesday night. I tried exercising on Thursday but my ankle protested, so I gave myself the rest of the week off to heal.
Now I gotta get back on the bandwagon! Exercise AND post.
So far I've gotten in 30 minutes at a great tempo on the elliptical (about 2700 steps). Planning on getting in 2 x 20 minute walks to finish the day off.

I wish my job wasn't so desk-oriented. Makes my joint stiffen up so badly! Blech!
Good job on those steps at the Sommet Center--I've only been there once and was practically dizzy from the heights at that top level where the boxes are. Quite a trek to go up and down--fantastic!!!!
Glad to hear you're doing well and back in the swing of things--seems like you just had sinus surgery about 20 minutes ago and you're already back to normal!
