Okay, I've totally been slacking when it comes to accountability posts!  I did okay the week before last with exercise, but last week I tripped over a rock on the walk to my car and banged up my knee on Tuesday night.  I tried exercising on Thursday but my ankle protested, so I gave myself the rest of the week off to heal.

Now I gotta get back on the bandwagon!  Exercise AND post.

So far I've gotten in 30 minutes at a great tempo on the elliptical (about 2700 steps).  Planning on getting in 2 x 20 minute walks to finish the day off.

 I am going back to my new house to hopefully get the last of the painting done. Then I will work tonight. My day is going to be LONG.

 I hope you survived the super long Monday!  At least be confident in knowing with all the painting and stocking, you got a fantastic upper body workout!

of you know that when l am at work, l work from a chair, Monday night l went to the preds game as a spectator and walked the steps down to the glass, and back up and around the concorse at the Somet Center . It was more fun to see the3 amazement from otheres that have not seen me walk.

 I wish my job wasn't so desk-oriented.  Makes my joint stiffen up so badly!  Blech!

Good job on those steps at the Sommet Center--I've only been there once and was practically dizzy from the heights at that top level where the boxes are.  Quite a trek to go up and down--fantastic!!!!

Glad to hear you're doing well and back in the swing of things--seems like you just had sinus surgery about 20 minutes ago and you're already back to normal!

Worked chest and triceps with moderate/heavy weights.  Walked a mile.

 You make me actually wanna move the luggage off my weight bench so I can do some free weights, B-Bob!  

Great job on building those muscles!
