Just a quick question. If I can get the same shelter on Sat 05/16 would that work better for everyone? I would also need to get it for the early part of the day, 6-3 since Phil and I are working that night. We could have it around noonish. That would also be our normal Walk meeting day and we could just have it there either before or after the picnic. I won't know until Tuesday if it is available on that day and time or not. Give me your input.
