On my weight loss ticker--should I start with my all time high weight (a year ago?) or with the weight just prior to surgery?  I don't want people to think I've lost 40 pounds in 2 weeks!

I am posting one of those "better late than never" posts, but definitely go w/your all time high weight...you did the work to shed those pounds & you deserve to include it so we can all celebrate in how far you have come!! You go girl!!!! Blessings, Micheala.
