Body, Mind, and Soul
The last Thursday of the month is getting close. Feburary 26 is going to be the first meeting of the Body, Mind, and Soul support group. I will be at the church to open the doors at 5:45pm and we will stay till 8 or so. Hobson Pike Baptist Church at 3525 Hobson Pike is the location. From I40 Take South Mt Juliet Rd for 7 miles. From Providence Shopping Center it will be the sceond church on the right. From I24 take the Old Hickory Blvd exit. turn right and go 8 miles and the church will be on the left. It will be the second church on the left after you cross the Percy Priest Bridge. I am looking forward to see all those who choose to attend.

i am starting a support Group at my Church on Hobson Pike. If you would like to got to a small group arena away from a resturant, Come and join us at Hobson Pike Baptist Church. 3525 Hobson Pike. Those from Lavergn, and Antioch are also close. There will be a time for inspiring the Body through Low impact Exercises with Bands. inspiring the Mind by airing issues with with weight loss, inspiring the soul by sharing inspirational Bible Verses and Saying from Great people. Come and join us from 6pm to 8pm. We can go longer if needed. If you need to be late come on and join us. Respond if you are intrested.

I would love to come, I live in Antioch now, but I would need a driver as I just broke my right ankle this morning. They will be putting on the cast either Thrusday or Friday. I live off Haywood Lane near the I-24 exit. If you know of anyone in my area that is coming, please ask if I can catch a ride with them. I would appreciate it sooooooooooooo very much.
