Southern Women's Show April 2nd-5th
Everything isn't quite finalized just yet, but the Nashville Walk from Obesity is planning on having a booth at the Southern Women's Show. We are looking for volunteers to help work the booth. We will need people for all 4 days Thursday-Sunday. If possible we will work in 4 hours shifts, but we are flexible on that, the hours of the show are:
Thursday April 2nd from 10:00am-7:00pm
Friday April 3rd from 10:00am-8:00pm
Saturday April 4th from 10:00am-7:00pm
Sunday April 5th from 11:00-6:00pm
You will be handing out information about the Walk and hopefully getting people to register that day for the Walk. You will also he helping people registering for our prizes. Now with that said, we are also looking for items to be donated to us to be given away. So if you or your place of business has anything that might could help us out, by all means let me know. We do have something coming donated by Hermitage Lighting Gallery.
Just shoot me a PM for more information. Last year the show had 34,000+ people during the 4 days, so this is a great opportunity for us to get the word out about the Walk, which by the way is going to be September.
