HI, Erica. Glad you are up to posting too. It is funny how different the surgery affects everyone. I hope you are able to get that protein in soon.

Blessings,
Karen

Yeah Karen!

Sounds as if things are agreeing with you.  I remember the abdominal spasms.  I think that was the worst part for me.  But moving around helped a little!

When we come to Gatlinburg next, I want even recognize ya!

Thanks, Scott. I'm trying to get off my butt as much as I can.
When you do head up this way I hope you will let me know so I can arrange to see you and Beth and your son.
Blessings,
Karen

Karen, Wow, you are doing great!    I know our surgeries are different, but strange that cold water didn't work for me at first either, Wal-mart has some really great flavorings for water which I used like tea too!  It is amazing how necessity makes us so creative!

Take care of yourself and keep hydrated!

Karen,

I'm so glad to hear you are doing good.  It took me about 3 weeks to settle in to a overall good feeling.  I still tire easiy but push the fluids and protein drinks and walk, walk, walk!

Yes, cold did not agree with me at first but gets better.

Take care of yourself,

Love,

Thanks, Nancy. I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. I know you had a very rough start. I'm going to hang in there with the fluids.

Glad things are going well.  I still don't like cold stuff too much.  I drink my water room temp or in decaf coffee or tea most of the time.  Cold still gives me cramps some times.
