Hi Adrienne I believe in Prayer, but I also believe that we need to use what God offers us.
In saying that let us help you, so stay active on the board.
Support can be a extreme tool to keep us accountable as well as motivated.
So your homework this week is start writting down your activity and water/protein intake. Lets start exercising a little even if its a couple trips to the mailbox. Start posting your activity on IDGOMB..
Stay involved so we can help.
Good luck! C'ya Bob

Adrienne, have you been to see Dr. Houston lately? And if so, what were his suggestions to get back on track? I'm wondering perhaps if you could be eating some foods that are stalling your weight loss. Here are a few that really sneak in on us:
Milk *even skim*, high calorie liquid drinks, protein bars *protein shakes do not cause the stall as they are usually lower carb than the bars*, not portioning your food or counting calories
My first suggestion would be to see Dr. Houston if you haven't yet. The nutritionist can go over the guidelines and give you more suggestions. Also, do you read food labels? Carefully monitor the carb intake *this really affects the weight loss*. You may want to consider using The Daily Plate or FitDay to track all your calorie intake. These programs are easy to use and free of charge. Or, get back to writing down everything you eat, and the amount. You will be suprised how we really take in more than we think if we aren't logging or journaling food.
If we can be of any help, please let us know. That's what we are here for.
