OMG Closing on my house today

 Wow, I just never thought my husband and I would get ourselves into a situation that we are able to buy a house. Here it is a few hours before closing. Its a bitter sweet moment, since he is halfway around the world and I am doing the signing alone. I always thought we would share this moment together. Once again the army keeps us apart.

Congratulations!  I know it is bittersweet, but just think how great it will be when he gets home!  What a great homecoming for you man-a new home at that! Good luck and keep your chin up!

 I am a homeowner! Wow, I have never signed so many pieces of paper before. He owes me big time for this one, signing his name by my name and then my name again.  But hey its all done!

And then there will be all the muscles you build while you move and then unpack all the boxes you've been working on for so long.

I was thrilled when I got my house, so I can only imagine how you feel today!

Congratz!!!   It is a GREAT feeling to know that the walls are yours and if you want to paint them orange you don't have to worry about getting your deposit back because they are YOUR walls!!!

Enjoy and while hubby might not have been there, just think of all the many years you will have together in your home!
