Today

Today is suppose to be a beautiful day I hope each one of you can IDGOMB today in some fashion. Enjoy the better weather, what a great way to kick those winter time blues. Lets dedicate today to our mental and emotional health. C'ya Bob

Bob, You betchya!  Today is GOODWILL 1/2 OFF DAY!  You know I am going to be doing my fair share of getting off my ARSE! LOL

I gotta go shopp'n for the new Baby, Scooby Doo!!! Ain't he pretty!!! And Deb's is hav'n a sale as usual, I'm gonna see what they got while I'm out.

Bob--it WAS a beautiful day today!  We took our three kiddos to the Zoo and walked (actually, ran & chased our three lil' ones) from 10:30am to 3:00pm.---so, that's 4 and 1/2 hours and we didn't even stop for lunch b/c we were having so much fun!  I haven't seen the weather report, but hope tomorrow is just as beautiful so we can head to the park after church!  Micheala.

I've been good Bob. I've been up walking around the whole house every time I have to go to the bathroom. Not bad for someone who is used to using a wheelchair. The calves of my legs are so and I'm waddling slowly like an old lady, but I am getting it done.
