I'm Approved

Yippee....I have finally been approved for the Lap Band.  After getting on the phone and driving my surgeon's office nuts, they submitted my paperwork (minus 1 year previous history) and it was accepted.  I also received the approval letter in the mail today...

It definitely puts my mind at ease and I can start getting excited again.  So, I have to re-schedule my Upper GI and most likely a sleep study. 

My surgery is not until the end of March but I am sure it will fly by....can't wait...not looking forward to the liquid/mushie stage though...how did everyone do in that phase???

I am so proud of you....  I have watched your progress for some time now and I have to tell you that I think you are absolutely wonderful... 

 

Of course I am a little jealous cause you are so close to our sweet Cathyteal....  But I will get over it...

Cathy's great isn't she.  I didn't know her surgery had gotten approved, I know her insurance battle was a nightmare....Can't wait to hear how it goes for her.

Your gonna do just fine!! Big Congrats, That is great news. I will be a yr out in Mar. That is a delightful month. So will a couple of other ones of us. LOL. Stop take a breathe and jump up and down several times, it's alright you can do it!!!
