Thanks, things went great for me, except for an elevated heart rate, but that made the doctors double check that everything was right by doing a contrast test. I will tell you the thing that I found most important was Bob's advice to walk often and push yourself on the walking while in the hospital, a little bit more each time. I'd say that was the number one thing that got my bowels working again (which is often slow with surgery). Nurses kept giving me a hard time, saying shouldn't you be asleep, and I'd say no, I'm trying to get out of here : )

But I got released this morning and I'm feeling great and sipping alot.

Thanks

Kenny
