Yesterday I tried to start an IDGOMB thread, but there was some kind of cyber-glitch and I ended up with a post I didn't write on the Ohio board.  Fun people over there, by the way!

Anyway, it is so darn cold out there that I chose to not do my walks today.  Even I draw the line with a wind-chill in the single digits!  Sheesh!  But I did do the old morning routine and am squeezing walks in the buildings in to make up for it.

Today, so far:  30 minutes on the elliptical, really sweating!  About 20 minutes in 2 walks so far.

Tomorrow, goals:  elliptical time and walks if it is not -23049 out there!  I also need to get back into my food journal, as I've slacked for about a week.

Yesterday, accomplished:  got in my 10K steps and my 30 minutes on the elliptical.

What have you done today?

Karen does not need to reply as we know she'll be doing deep knee bends all afternoon once her bowel prep kicks in!     Yaaaaay, Karen!

As for the rest of you, what's up?  NEXT!!!

Did work on my trailer in the cold and walked about 1 mile, hey they say you burn more calories in the cold trying to keep the old bones warm! Sit-ups & push-ups haven't ventured out to the cold garage yet to hit the weights!

I will be working later tonight. Probably about 4 hours like usual. Lots of lifting, bending and stretching. Gotta stock those shelves and stay warm. Try not to spend so much time in the freezer. LOL

If temperatures keep up like they have been, Gidget, you might want to go into the freezer to WARM UP!

Now would be a day to pull a shift in the bakery by the toasty ovens!  Mmmm, warm bread!  Good for snuggling, not as much for eating.

Stay warm and get lots of physical work done at the store!

I wish I could go to the bakery. But alias the fresh baked bread would get me in trouble!

Me too.  I used to get the freshly baked bread at Publix and make cheese toast.  But because it's made in their bakery, it doesn't have nutrition information on it.  If it's not a fruit or veggie and doesn't have nutritional info, I don't buy it.  Sniff sniff.

I also love their 5 grain baton (must say baton in a cheesy French accent, oui?), but they don't include nutritional info on that either.

Oh well, I've survived about 3 or 4 months without cheesy bread.  I guess I can stick to living without  it.

Unless you have a bonfire in or near that trailer, I'd be taking a day off for my uh, "muscles to rest."  Yeah, that's it!

Talk about feeling the burn . . . FREEZER BURN!!!  Stay warm when you hit those weights, Bob!
