A Small WOW!

Last week was a very crappy week, we all get them so nothing new. But it seemed like a series of events put me in a depression. When I finally quit having my pity party I realized through the whole week it never occurred to me to drown my sorrows in food. A year ago I would have been knee deep in junk, even though I would dump now I never strayed either in thought or application. It gave me a reassurance that I had really made some good ha*****anges. Just want to share, thanks. C'ya Bob

Thanks, sometimes you don't realize how far you've come until you turn around and the norm now never was before. C'ya Bob

Was Mercury in retrograde last week or what?!?   It wasn't just you, Bob, last week was The Week for pity parties.

How cool to realize after the fact that you didn't turn to food for comfort!  I'm not there yet, but I hope to follow in your footsteps.

You know you've done it right when you don't even realize you're doing it right!  Um, if that makes sense.   Seriously, I haven't had anything stronger this morning than coffee.  Really.

Glad you got yourself out of your funk!  Now what time are we headin' North to kick some gopher butt? Groundhog. Whatever.  I'm FREEZING.

I am guessing we are both on Little White Coat Alert next time we show up at the clinic!

Oh well, I guess I could use the forced commitment, er, vacation.

And you said that I'M not right!  Hahahahah!  Did you fall off your bike and hit your head again?

You know, that wraparound thing is kind of cozy.  I wonder if they come fleece lined?

Bob,
I am glad to see you still around, it has been a while for me, but you are doing great!!!   I have been struggling with depression and lately food has been really calling me, I am hoping to get back on track, even at two years out each day sometimes seems to be a struggle, just keep up the good work!!
