IDGOMB Friday 30 january edition

 I worked for 6 hours last night. Had ALOT of work to do. The shelves were nearly empty. I will be working for at least 4 hours today since its payday weekend for the military and superbowl weekend as well.

Well today rode my bike 6-7 miles, 15 pull-ups, 12 push-ups, light weights arms, walked 3 miles and drove 600 miles (that count??).
