Hey Quilt!

Check at the top of the message board, where all the post are listed.  There is a "sticky post" (a post that does not move).  It has responses to that question.  Just maybe you'll get lucky and find your answer there.

I'm sorry your appt. did not go well, hang in there!

Scott thumbs up

Good Morning,

I had my RNY surgery at Baptist and have Medicare.  Medicare paid great.  It was BCBS that didn't ante up.  I had wonderful care at Baptist.  I have heard that Centennial has a section just for WLS patients.  That would be great.  I was just on the general surgery ward.  At Baptist I had to wear two gowns in order to be covered to walk the halls.  Also their gurney was a regular size which was a tight fit for me.  But having said that, the day nurses I had were GREAT, the night staff, not so much.

Hang in there and don't give up.

I don't know about Centennial, but Baptist does take Medicare.
