Thanks for carrying the torch yesterday, Amy!   I couldn't post because I was a lazy, whiny, pouting slug and didn't get off my butt!

I so desperately wanted a snow day and because I didn't get one, I just pouted and skipped all my exercising.  Yeah, that went well!  Didn't affect anyone but me!   Plus I have those few last pounds to lose and they just won't go away!!!

I sucked it up today though and got up at the early time and did my thing.  I can't skip more than one day during the week as I don't want to risk falling off the wagon.  It's so easy to give in to those voices, "Just roll over and sleep another ten minutes!"  Mmmm, blankee snuggly!

Today--so far:  30 minutes on the elliptical plus 20 minute walk.  Planning to walk to car at end of the day for another 20 minute walk.

Tomorrow--goals:  elliptical and walks

Yesterday--accomplished:  nothing.  Had my pity party and moved on.

So what are y'all doing???

Great job, Marilyn!  You are inspiring me to move my bike out into the living room and get my butt on it!!!

I hope you and the cat both are recovering well from the vet visit earlier this week!

I am counting 2.5 hours at the grocery store as part of my exercise today. I will be working tonight probably about 4 hours. Lots of bending, stretching and lifting. Whoohoo!

I didn't realize you were a stocker--duh on my part!  Is it like soothing?   You know, you put the stuff where it belongs and you see the efforts of your labor?  You know what I mean?  Probably doesn't make sense, but it seems like a great, low stress job.

I need to get a part time job at Target or something.

Lift those items, aaaand lift, and stock!  And lift!  And stock!

Have fun!!!

By the way, I prefer chocolate pudding wrassling over mud wrestling.  SF, of course!
