 I have no idea how the heck it got to be January 27th already!  Sheesh!  Time flies when you're trying to lose 10%!

So where's your butt been today?  Busy?  I'm short on time, but I will confess to doing a slow paced 20 minutes on the elliptical plus I walked in from the parking lots this morning.  I'm about to head out on another walk to meet a friend so we can carpool to the kennel club's banquet tonight.  YUM.

Once that's done, I am back to the straight and narrow so I can get to the pesky insurance submission weight and get this ball rolling!

 I have taken a day of rest today. Not feeling too well. I am not going to work tonight either. Sorry not gonna risk driving on these roads tonight.

I'm sorry you're feeling under the weather.  I guess it is good timing, though, because you definitely should not be out on the roads with this icky weather. It's totally not worth the risk.   Much better to be safe than sorry.

Feel better and enjoy your down time at home with the kids!

1 mile walking with the kiddos at school...   6 miles on bike tonight... 

I'm off to bed now, pjs on backwards

(Educational superstition if ya want snow you wear your pjs backwards!)

 WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US THIS PJ THING YESTERDAY????   

It's still raining here and I was seriously hoping for a snow day.  I go in to work late (like 9ish), so maybe there's still hope.   

I think our admin officer jinxed it because she took work home.  I blame her.

Great job on the bike and dragging those kids around the gym!  They may whine now, but you're doing them a great service by having them exercise!

 Oh I get it, Trina:  you think I'm full of hot air!!!!   

Blowing all that hot air outta my lungs will most certainly help my lung capacity!  I have started wearing my iPod on the elliptical and singing (much to my dogs' chagrin) because that is supposed to be good for lung capacity.  Every little bit helps!
