Seriously though, this journey is challenging enough as it is, and we can all use a little encouragement.  It's totally free, so why not make the most of it.  

And if you think I'm not right, you ARE right!  I could have posted the picture of the squeaker (cleaned!!!) that Jack pooped out this weekend, but I didn't!  Don't make me!  I'll do it!  Mwaaahaha!

Now haul your butt outside and do some chin ups in the truck.  STAT!
