Intro and ?

Hey!  I actually live in MS, but I work part time in Memphis and will be going to surgeon in Memphis, so I came here (plus the MS board is nearly dead!)  I am TRYING to have a RNY with Dr. Weaver @ St Francis.  Anybody know anything about her?  I called her office today to get my packet so I can schedule an appt.  My insurance seems pretty straight forward about the requirements, so hopefully it won't take long to be a loser!  

i am going to Dr. Weaver and have RNY scheculed for Feb. 9th.  i have had some problems with a paperwork problem, but that has all been resolved. 

I have had my appointment with her and have seen her on a couple of more occasions.  She is very professional and caring.   I have not heard anything negitive about her.   

Good luck with your surgery.   The support meetings are the 2nd Thursday of every month at St. Francis Hospital.  Meeting rooms behind the ER. 

Come and meet some of the people Pre and Post Op.  You will enjoy it.

Welcome to the TN board!  I was born and raised in Memphis and lived in Germantown until 1998.  I have been in beautiful east TN since.  I don't know Dr Weaver but have heard good things about her.  Do they still have First Monday in Ripley?
