I would have before surgery, but even at 3 years out, no way.  You eat something like that may cause you dumping syndrome.  Plan on spending your time in the bathroom.

It really depends on what the product is...

If I have the room for the calories within my daily "budget", perhaps if it were something great, I would consider... since it does have 10 proteins.  HOWEVER, my first initial response just looking at the sugar would be NO.   Then again, it depends on what it is...  and I would eat only half because 13 sugars at once might be detrimental.

 What is the product?

It's a Luna - LemonZest bar.  I was confused/worried by the term "other carbs" but was told since they are organic it can't be sugar alcohol (???).

It's a large bar that I used for 4 snacks but shouldn't be eating this kind of thing because I still struggle getting in my protein and shouldn't be having a snack that is only 2.5g of protein (10g/4).  But it was yummy.

No ma'am...  now that I know what it is...  I would not eat a protein bar with so much sugar...  back to the grocery store shelf it would go...  You must remember that something high in carbs will stall your weight loss...  I would up your protein with something else, either eggs, tuna, meat, etc or even if you are having that much trouble getting it in, a protein supplement that is better stats than the protein bar... higher protein, lower carb, much much lower sugar content.
