Hello Everyone!
I've been gone for a long time, but know I can always turn back to my friends on the Tennessee Forum to help me with good, reliable information. I had my gastric bypass in September of 2007 and have lost 160 pounds. I now weigh considerably less than what Dr. Dyer had predicted I'd be able to get to and he told me at my 9 month check that I was good to go for a plastic surgery consult. I went to a Dr. Kurtis Martin in Cincinnati for a consult and just feel like I need to get some more information and pricing done before I make this kind of choice. I'd like to know if anyone on here has had plastics within the last year or so and would refer me to a quality surgeon who is skilled in working with post weight loss patients. That seems to be a specialty grouping to me but now one I have had a lot of luck finding information about. Any help or information you can share will be appreciated. I can do KY, TN, OH, IN, or anywhere in the region, so if you know of an outstanding surgeon that is not going to try to retire on what I can afford to pay, please let me know.
