The week ahead

Well, I'm off today because of Martin Luther King day, and it is snowing (in teacher's terms this would be a wasted snow, we are already out of school!!)

This week, I get my 6 week check-up and my first fill, I am very excited.  I also hopefully get cleared for real exercise!   I am thankful I have my bike, especially in this cold, dreary weather, I have been putting on Mamma Mia, singing and pedaling away pretending to be in the warm Greek isles, but I really feel I am ready for the next step in my journey.

A fill and an exercise program!!!!!

I hope everyone has a warm and safe day!
Wishing you a good week and lots of success!

Good Morning Amy,

Wishing you the best at your 6 week check-up and for your first fill.

I saw Mamma Mia for the first time this weekend.  A dear friend invited some girls over for a salad and a movie.  I loved it.

Wow, you're already at 6 weeks out?  TIme flies!!!

I can't wait to hear how your first fill goes.  They said at one of the band support group meetings that the surgeon does your first fill but the nurse practitioner (Jennifer N, at least for me) does the rest.

You'll have to let us know how it feels and what the restriction is like.

I'm super excited for you!
Denise
